The 2026 homeowner grant threshold in B.C. is set at $2.075 million, down from $2.175 million in 2025. Homes above this value may receive a partial grant, phased out at $5 per $1,000 of assessed value. Basic grants are up to $570 in certain regional districts and $770 elsewhere. Additional grants for seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities are higher. Eligibility requires the property to be the principal residence and an application to be submitted.
